Maintenance
Lead Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of an assigned community and ensures that the overall physical aspects of the community meet the Company’s established standards and applicable laws. While this position may involve supervision of other team members, this position does require physical labor and not solely associate or contractor supervision. This team member is also responsible for quality control, purchasing and supply management, Risk Management, personnel and vendor managements, and remaining within guidelines of the operating budget. This position reports directly to the Community Director.

Leasing & Community Services
Leasing Consultant
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. This team member is also responsible for interacting with future residents and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, revenue objectives of the assigned community, and ensure resident retention. This position reports directly to the Community Director.
Part Time Leasing Specialist
The Part Time Leasing Consultant is responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. This team member is also responsible for interacting with future residents and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, revenue objectives of the assigned community, and ensure resident retention. Community Director
The Community Director is responsible for all residential property management operations and financial performance of an assigned community to achieve the business objectives of the company, clients, and investors including maximizing revenue and increasing cash flow. This position reports directly to the Regional Portfolio Manager.
Sr. Assistant Community Director
The Sr. Assistant Community Director assists the Community Director with all residential property management operations and financial performance of an assigned community to achieve the business objectives of the company, clients, and investors including maximizing revenue and increasing cash flow. This position reports directly to the Community Director.
Administration
Resident Services Director
Responsible for deployment and execution of resident lifestyle program. Textline and communications management. Community event planning and programming. Marketing: Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies, oversee the sites overall marketing plan. Customer Service: To provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, investors to leave a professional and maintain a positive impression of Sack Capital Partners. Team Player: Creating a positive work environment to motivate and retain team members to obtain company objectives. This position reports directly to the Community Director.
Business Manager
The Business Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the assigned community(s) under the direction of the Community Director, General Manager or Regional Manager. On a daily basis, the Business Manager oversees the tasks associated with the operation of the community collections, community documentation, resident services, renewal administration, administration, and actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Must manage a Leasing Consultant who will handle the non-exempt job functions under the Business Managers guidance.
Sack Capital Partners Internships
Sack Capital Partners will provide season/summer Internship opportunities to partner with internal departments, including Property Management and Capital Improvements, as well as on-site management teams in collecting and organizing key environmental sustainability information to help Sack Capital Partners meet evolving disclosure expectations of investors, partners, residents, and other stakeholders. The various roles may also be charged to build upon the framework already established to reliably gathering and manage environmental performance data to support the creation of an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policy for Sack Capital Partners.
